Main Tasks:
• Make decision of task assignment and personnel placement；
• Cost/benefit optimization, and innovation and rationalization within the task responsibilities；
• Monitor project implementation and decision making in difficult cases/stages of the project；
• Coordinate the project organization and responsible for the alignment of all team members towards common project objectives；
• Cooperates actively and interculturally with customers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractors and suppliers；
• Supply support on cost estimation during study phase in term of request；
• Participate in model review (or constructability review) if any；
• Organize and leading the ITB documents preparation work in accordance with BASF procedures；
• Participate in site survey to bidders ongoing project during bidding phase, organize the technical bids evaluation and clarification work；
• Organize and leading set-up of site temporary facilities；
• Supporting authority approval works which related to construction and fianal acceptance approval；
• Detail construction schedule controlling based on project milestone schedule；
• Prepare project construction specifications and procedures or Review and comments on the relevant specifications and procedures & plans which prepared by EP or Contractor；
• Coordinate and communicate with EP or construction contractors on the site；
• Site material management work；
• Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during constrcution phase；
• Take the leadship of QA/QC management work；
• Check & review change orders on the site, support PM on construction cost saving；
• Lead the construction team on site；
• Organize and leading pre-commissioning work；
• Commissioning support and start-up support in terms of request；
• Support and communicate with EP on site with regard to daily construction activities；
• Organize the preparation work of as-built documentations；
• Support the preparation work of as-built documentations and give comments if any。
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with major in construction engineering mandatory - Master degree preferable；
• At least more than 10 years total work experiences mandatory; At least more than 8 years work experiences in specific professional field mandatory; At least more than 8 years work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry mandatory ;
• At least 2 projects experience with MEI construction or General construction contract value above 50 miliion RMB；
• Work experiences in construction engineering companies mandatory; Work experiences in international engineering companies mandatory；
• Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) mandatory。
薪资: 40-50K*13M+2-3/M Bonus
