Main Tasks:
ü Be responsible for functional, on time and within budget technical planning for very large/complex projects ( € 110~350 Million) and project groups with strong ownership;
ü Lead project teams for major investments;
ü Monitor and supervise contractors, including project-based management of teams for very large/complex projects and project groups;
ü Implement change management in project execution to follow BASF investment strategy;
ü Coaching role for assigned staff in the project organization;
ü Arrange and track project-specific goals with the internal business unit and the implementation of these objectives into the planning till to RfSU;
ü Coordinate and implement the project contract within the team;
ü Coordinate project cost estimates;
ü Coordinate technical Specifications and other planning documents;
ü Develop policies on task allocation. Responsible for planning and control of costs and schedule;Request and inquire of planning services and collaboration in engagement and selection of EPC contractors;
ü Supervise contractors on local as well as international assignment, in accordance to agreement. Develop and challenge strategic contractors for Asia Pacific project execution;
ü Coordinate quality assurance for delivered goods and services. Compliance with agreed health, safety and environmental objectives, including highly harzardous operations;
ü Actively supports team building, coaching and early coordination of tasks and responsibilities within the respective project/team;
ü Cooperates actively and interculturally with internal business unit, EPC contractors and authorities as well as all project participants within the BASF Group;
ü Supports and implements IPP awareness and strategy;
ü Leading a team of up to 80 persons within the BASF organization;
ü Develop project execution plan;
ü Initiate and ensure proper care to all related quality issues;
ü Implement and manage proper risk management process;
ü Facilitate honest and open communication within project team and with management and other stakeholders;
ü Ensure and support different functions in project organization work smoothly;
ü Initiate lesson learnt workshop for further improvement;
ü Follow program management and contribute on synergy。
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree mandatory - Master degree, PhD and MBA preferable;
l PMP certificate preference;
l At least more than 15 years total work experiences; At least more than 10 years work experiences in investment project management; At least more than 8 years work experiences in chemical and petrochemical industry;
l Work experiences in engineering companies preferable;
l International work experiences are mandatory;
l Leadership experiences are mandatory;
l Lead at least two tankfarm projects;
l Cryogenic tank experience preferred;
l Work experiences in other industries will be an advantage;
l Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills mandatory;
l Skilled in chemical engineering skills, project management skills, project controlling skills, negotiation skills, planning and scheduling, cost engineering, authority engineering mandatory;
l Skilled in chemical process design/optimization, project engineering/plant design, plant engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, civil engineering preferable;
l Skilled in relevant software/tools like CAD, MS Project preferable;
l Skilled in purchasing preferable;
l Frequent travelling and assignments globally (project based) required;
l Relocation is required based on project site。
薪资: 45-55K*13M+2-3/M Bonus
